What is included in the large group rental package?

Our ski rental packages come complete with skis, boots, poles, and include convenient equipment delivery and pickup. We also provide any necessary service adjustments throughout your rental period. Large group fittings will be assigned a representative from our management team to coordinate logistics from gathering pre-arrival information, scheduling of fitting times, and on-site facilitation.

How far in advance do I need to book a large group rental?

To provide the best service for our large group fittings, we typically suggest reaching out to our team at least 6 weeks in advance of your group event. Reaching out as far in advance as possible allows us to ensure that we deliver the best service to all of the members of your party.

Where does Skis on the Run deliver to?

We deliver directly to your lodging in Deer Valley, Park City and the Canyons surrounding areas. We can deliver to neighboring resorts by request.

Are there any discounts for large groups?

Discounts for large groups are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the amount of renters in your party. Please reach out to Hunter@skisontherun.com to schedule a consultation to decide what discounts your group is eligible for.

What is the minimum and maximum group size for a large group rental?

We are happy to deliver to any and all group sizes! Skis on the Run is pleased to have specialized in fittings of groups over 200. No matter the size of your group, we will ensure that each renter receives impeccable service and the utmost care.

How do I make a reservation for a large group?

To make a reservation, please fill out the form above or contact us at 888-408-0744 or hunter@skisontherun.com. Once we have received your inquiry, a member of our team will reach out to coordinate logistics.

Can we reserve equipment for different skill levels within our group?

Absolutely! We can accommodate all skill levels. Just let us know the range of skill levels in your group when you make your reservation, and we’ll ensure that appropriate equipment is provided.

Do you offer equipment fitting and adjustment for large groups?

No matter your group size, every Skis on the Run renter is given the same attention and service afforded to single-person fittings. Every renter is measured and fit for all equipment to ensure that you have what you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience on the slopes. Individual equipment requests are also taken before your group arrival, to make sure you can ski on exactly what fits your style or preference. If you need any adjustments during the duration of your ski trip, give our office a call, and one of our ski technicians will meet you on the snow to make any adjustments or equipment changes.

What happens if our group size changes after making a reservation?

If your group size changes, please inform us as soon as possible. We can adjust your reservation based on availability. All additions within 14 days of the fitting date are subject to a small service fee.
